On March 19th, during Paperless Lab Academy Europe 2026 in Sant Cugat, YEBN hosted the workshop “Future-proofing your pharma career” in collaboration with Exalto Consulting.
This session brought together three outstanding speakers: Cristina Vilarmau, Hèctor Lopez, Ray G. Butler; who shared with us unique insights from their own career paths, offering a realistic and inspiring perspective on how the biotech and pharma sectors are evolving.
AI is changing the rules (but not replacing the players)
