I think there are great functional plugins, would be good if you could make the Social Network tabs work, too.

With regard to the Event Expresso plugin, I understand that it’s very useful when we organize ourselves a big conference for create signup forms, accept payments or create reports (as for the LSC conference 2012 we try to use it).
