At the heart of YEBN is a group of volunteers — young professionals and life sciences students from across Europe, with backgrounds in biotechnology, research and innovation. They promote knowledge exchange, foster international collaboration, and work to empower the next generation of biotech leaders.
Behind the board, three volunteer teams do the day-to-day work: Events, which organises and coordinates everything we run; Communications, which looks after our social media and the newsletter; and Networking and Partnerships, which builds collaborations with our members and grows the network.
